Specifics of Deal Not Disclosed
The Brooklyn Nets have signed center Nerlens Noel to a 10-day contract, the team announced today. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, per team policy.
Noel, 29, has played for six different teams during his nine-year NBA career, including the Philadelphia 76ers, Dallas Mavericks, and New York Knicks. He has career averages of 7.4 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks per game.
The Nets are currently 32-17 and sit in second place in the Eastern Conference. They are looking to add depth to their frontcourt, and Noel could provide them with some much-needed help on the defensive end.
